New Injections to Aid in Your Weight Loss
Mounjaro, Wegovy & Ozempic are new drugs shown to be extremely effective for weight loss, and have shown promising results for weight loss in people without diabetes, as well. These injections signal your brain that you are full, slow down digestion, and lower blood sugar.
Mounjaro, Wegovy & Ozempic are used in addition to your current Beale Medical Weight Loss program.
These injections are not a magic bullet, but simply a tool to lower appetite for sustained calorie reduction.
Here is the process for receiving your Mounjaro, Wegovy or Ozempic prescription at Beale Medical Weight Loss:
1. Determine Insurance Eligibility & Get the Savings Card. We will work with you to provide your insurance company with the information necessary for eligibility.
Eligible – Those with health care coverage through Private Insurance Companies are most likely to be eligible to receive a weight loss injection savings card.
Each insurance company is different about whether or not they will pay for Weight Loss Injections. The demand for these new medications is currently high, and supply chain issues continue to limit their availability. Reimbursement policies from individual insurers are subject to change without notice. We appreciate your patience as we work together to optimize your care.
Not Eligible – Medicaid, Medicare, State/Local Assistance, DoD/Military Insurance
2. You MUST have an in-person or telemed consultation with Dr. Brill to determine your Health Eligibility and discuss how to administer. Dr. Brill will provide (1) One-Month Weight Loss Injection Prescription for you to take to your pharmacy to pay for and receive your injections.
3. Subsequent Monthly Prescriptions and Counseling – $65 per month
This is in addition to your regular Beale Medical Weight Loss weekly plan AND the cost from the pharmacy to receive the injections.

IMPORTANT info regarding Other Semaglutide:
You may find other physicians and weight loss clinics offering Compounded Semaglutide – in other words a version that is NOT Mounjaro, Wegovy or Ozempic.
Safety – The FDA assesses the safety and effectiveness of drugs produced by regulated manufacturers but not those compounded by pharmacies. It is unclear where the semaglutide is being sourced, thus, there is no way to guarantee the safety or potency of the medications.
Legal Issues – The companies who own the patents for Mounjaro, Wegovy & Ozempic will likely prosecute to protect their intellectual property. Thus, there is potential legal liability on the part of both the compounding pharmacies and the physicians who prescribe this medication, especially if the compounded medication harms the patient.
Beale Medical Weight Loss will Never offer these weight loss injections from a compounding pharmacy. We always maintain the health and safety of our patients.
